WE ARE PRACTICING CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
For the safety of your recipient and our employees, your arrangement will be placed in front of the entrance and the door will be rung. The delivery person will wait inside the car for the recipient to come out and pick up the order. If no one comes out to pick up the order we will call the recipient and notify them of the delivery and product will be left at front door so we can continue with our next promised deliveries. The delivery person will be wearing a face mask.

No specific delivery times are guaranteed (excluding funeral arrangements) - Deliveries will be made between 10AM - 6PM EST We will try our best on our part to swiftly deliver your arrangement.
An email with a picture of the delivered arrangement will be sent to confirm your delivery. During Valentine's and Mother's Day Season, emails may be slightly delayed, thank you for your understanding.
The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. The designers may make appropriate substitutions of flower or container types or colors due to availability and season that may not exactly match the photo image but will maintain the overall tone and feeling of the arrangement chosen. We hand-select the best flowers available each and every day to assure the highest quality and style for each of our creations. Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value as appeared.
Contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase if you’re unsatisfied with your flowers. Include a photo so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy it accordingly. We do not provide refunds, but we will be able to replace them with a fresh arrangement or plant. Upon re-delivery, we’ll take the arrangement that didn’t satisfy you off your hands so please do not send them to the trash.
*If the customer has provided any incorrect information about the delivery address and we have already delivered to the given incorrect address, we cannot hold any responsibility. The customer will have to repurchase the product including the delivery fee and provide us with the correct address. Please always check the delivery address beforehand.
Some particular products are unable to be delivered SAME-DAY due to inventory and to ensure the highest quality of the product. These items are written in the description and or the page as "Please order in Advance (1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day)"
Therefore, please check prior to checking out. If by accident you have purchased the item, we will do our best to fulfill your order however if not possible, you have the option to refund or to delay the delivery date.
The average lifespan of a cut floral arrangement is between 3 to 7 days, depending on the flower type. Cut flowers should be given fresh water daily. Keep cut flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators to help ensure the longest life span. Cut an inch off the bottom of cut flowers at an angle to elongate their life. Orchids should be given 3 to 6 ice cubes per week and be placed in indirect sunlight to ensure longest lifespan. Bear in mind that all flowers, plants, and trees are living things, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the plant's longest life.
