DELIVERY INFORMATION 
  • We deliver within a 10-MILE radius of our store to Zipcodes: 30097, 30096, 30022, 30024, 30041, 30092, 30005, 30071
  • The minimum for delivery is $45.00 Including Delivery, if you would like to purchase below the minimum, please visit our store or select the Pick-Up At Store option when ordering online.
  • During Holiday Peak days the Delivery Minimum is $55.00 Including Delivery due to the excess amount of orders. 
  • Our Delivery Fee is flat-rate at $10.00
  • Please order by 2 PM EST for Same-Day Delivery.
  • We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific time of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. We ensure that the delivery will be made before 6 PM on the delivery date. During our Holiday Seasons, we cannot take note of preferred times. Thank you for your understanding.   
CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
For the safety of your recipient and our employees, your arrangement will be placed in front of the entrance and the door will be rung. The delivery person will wait inside the car for the recipient to come out and pick up the order. If no one comes out to pick up the order we will call the recipient and notify them of the delivery and product will be left at front so we can continue with our next promised deliveries. The delivery person will be wearing a face mask and gloves and your arrangement will be disinfected prior to delivery. 
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION 
Confirmation of your delivery will be sent via Text to Sender's Phone and/or by Email. Please call us if you have not received any notifications by the end of the Delivery Shift you requested. ​On Holidays, please understand that we will not be able to send immediate delivery confirmations due to the busy schedules and will be sent at the end of the day of the delivery. 

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. The designers may make appropriate substitutions of flower or container types or colors due to availability and season that may not exactly match the photo image but will maintain the overall tone and feel of the arrangement chosen. We hand-select the best flowers available each and every day to assure the highest quality and style for each of our creations. Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value as appeared.

IN-ADVANCE PRODUCTS 

Some particular products are unable to be delivered SAME-DAY due to inventory and to ensure the highest quality of the product. These items are written in the description and or the page as "Please order in Advance (1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day)"

Therefore, please check prior to checking out. If by accident you have purchased the item, we will do our best to fulfill your order however if not possible, you have the option to refund or to delay the delivery date.   

RETURN POLICY

Contact us at loveflowersandgifts@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase if you’re unsatisfied with your flowers. Include a photo so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy it accordingly. We do not provide refunds, but we will be able to replace them with a fresh arrangement or plant. Upon re-delivery, we’ll take the arrangement that didn’t satisfy you off your hands so please do not send them to the trash.

 

*If the customer has provided any incorrect information about the delivery address and we have already made the delivery, We do not hold any responsibility and the customer will have to repurchase the product including the delivery fee.

CARE

The average lifespan of a cut floral arrangement is between 3 to 7 days, depending on the flower type. Cut flowers should be given fresh water daily. Keep cut flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators to help ensure the longest life span. Cut an inch off the bottom of cut flowers to elongate their life. Orchids should be given one cut of ice per week and be placed in indirect sunlight to ensure longest lifespan. Bear in mind that all flowers, plants, and trees are living things, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the plant's longest life.
